At Primary Cloud we respect your privacy and are 100% comitted to protecting it. This webpage outlines our approach to handling your privacy when you provide us with personal information.

When signing up for our customer portal, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Full name
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Billing Address
  • Postal Address

We store the information above for our own accounting and tax purposes. We will not send you unsolicited information or sell your details to spammers. Your information will never be disclosed to third parties.

When paying by credit card, you will need to provide the following pieces of information:

  • Credit card number
  • Credit card expiry date
  • Full name as it appears on the card
  • Expiry date, as shown on card

Any payments you undertake with Primary Cloud are handled by our payment gateway provider, eWay.

We do not store your credit card information on our servers, and all transactions are securely managed by our payment gateway provider, eWay.

Transaction Security Capabilities and Policies

Your credit card details are sent directly to Primary Cloud’s payment provider Eway over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction. The payments are deposited by Primary Cloud’s authorised customer service staff. Other Primary Cloud employees do not have access to Eway’s transaction management system. This is only valid for products ordered directly from Primary Cloud.

Return and Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Include a letter explaining the reason for the return. Your comments will help us improve our service and product quality. Please return items within 7 days of receipt of goods to receive a prompt exchange or refund. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and all shipping costs.

Shipping Policy


We send stock via Registered Mail within 21 days of receipt of order. If any item is out of stock we will contact you to notify when you can expect to receive it.

Express: if you need something right away, we ship overnight at an additional charge.

Freight & Handling

A flat fee of $9.00 per order will be charged for deliveries within Australia.
